Student Outreach and Advocacy Representatives (SOAR) aim to further a culture of care on Southeastern’s campus for all students by promoting conscientious choices and personal success.

Our Mission is to provide peer leadership and advocacy on a variety of public health concerns by hosting educational events and awareness campaigns; promoting healthier lifestyles and advocating awareness to encourage positive community change and healthy choices.

Personal interests, education, brain exercise, conversation

  • Consider becoming a member at the library.

  • Sign-up for computer classes.

  • Attend an organization’s workshop, meeting, etc.

  • Research skills, trainings and attend some that interest you.

  • Play crossword puzzles, word searches, and complete puzzles.

  • Have intellectual conversations about interests and topics that interest you.

  • Learn something new.
