Reserve Your Space Campus Organizations / Departments

Recognized student organizations and University departments may reserve space for meetings, socials, and other approved activities in conformity with University policies and regulations free of charge during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to midnight; Friday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Sunday 3 p.m. to 7Ā p.m.). An onlineĀ Registration of Activity Form must be submitted at least seven (14) business days prior to the event unless other policies apply such as, but not limited to, alcohol events and dances. Ā Any organization that reserves facilities outside of normal business hours may be assessed a fee to cover out-of-pocket expenses.

Off Campus Groups

All Off Campus Groups will go through theĀ Event and Conference Services Department for assistance with the process of renting space on Southeastern’s campus. Off Campus Groups (including Alumni groups) may rent the facility for a fee. Rental is subject to availability. You may request space for your event within the Student Union by contacting Event and Conference Services at (985) 549-2041 or via email atĀ [email protected].

Off Campus Vendor Promotion

  • For utilization of the Student Union to market and/or promote your business or sell goods, services or items, pleaseĀ complete theĀ Vendor ContractĀ and email toĀ [email protected] to request a date.Ā  Your promotion must not be in conflict with any existing services/goods provided within the Student Union facility.
