How to Schedule a Recital

Spring 2026 Recital Scheduling Timeline:

• Faculty is open
• Graduate can schedule starting October 1
• Senior Recitals can schedule starting November 16
• Junior Recitals can schedule starting December 1

1. Choose an available date from the calendar below.
2. Confirm this date with your instructor and everyone performing with you.
3. EMAIL your recital request to the Technical Director: [email protected]
4. Remember to CC your instructor in the email.
5. Check your email for approval or disapproval of your request.
