Help couples and families navigate challenges and build stronger relationships with our MS in Counseling program, specializing in marriage, couple, and family counseling. You’ll become well prepared to address relationship issues, communication barriers, and family dynamics. The Southeastern Louisiana University Play Therapy Education and Training site is one of 3 approved centers in the state. Our program is also an approved provider through the Association for Play Therapy for continuing education specific to play therapy 
Graduates meet current academic requirements for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana as well as most other states 
Program faculty members are nationally and internationally recognized as leaders in the counseling field both at the state and national level
