William Garrett Newton, an industrial/organizational psychology major, is learning to use his leadership skills and interest in understanding others to give both companies and employees a competitive advantage.

William Garrett Newton started college as a biology major, until a Southeastern professor sparked in him an unquenchable love for psychology and helped him find a career path he truly loved. He soon discovered all the different opportunities within the field and knew industrial organizational psychology was his perfect fit.

Now William is on course to help both employees and companies achieve ultimate happiness and productivity—and to one day do so as owner of his own consulting firm.
