Assistant VP for Finance

John Paul Domiano has been serving as the Assistant Vice President for Finance since September 2020. Prior to being appointed Assistant Vice President, he served as the University’s Budget Director for several years. His past experiences include Internal Audit Director for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. Mr. Domiano is a native of Hammond, Louisiana and an alumnus of Southeastern Louisiana University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Louisiana.

Mr. Domiano works closely with the Budget Office, the Controller’s Office and Purchasing & Property Control to ensure continuous improvement in providing quality service to the University. Additionally, he has served on the Universities of Louisiana Management & Leadership Institute and currently serves on the University Strategic Planning Committee.
