Connie Davis is the Assistant Vice President for Operations and Auxiliary Services. Mrs. Davis began her career in higher education in 1994 with Southeastern’s Department of University Housing as an Area Coordinator. During her 29 years at Southeastern, Connie has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Housing, Student Union, Admissions, and Auxiliary Services. Mrs. Davis’ current responsibilities include University Housing, Dining Services, University Bookstore, Textbook Rental, Campus Card Operations, War Memorial Student Union, University Center, Document Source Print and Mail Operations, Event and Conference Services, and Non-Credit Programs. Auxiliary Services focuses on providing products and services to the campus community which extends the learning environment beyond the classroom, enhances the quality of campus life, and supports the academic mission of the University.
Mrs. Davis is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Master of Business Administration. She has been an active member of several state, regional and national higher education associations, including the National Association of College Auxiliary Services Board of Directors as the South Regional Representative. She is also a past Southern Regional President of the National Association of College Auxiliary Services. Mrs. Davis was awarded the President’s Award for Excellence in Services – Unclassified Staff in 2014.
