Refund/Exchange Policy for Printed Product
The Document Source strives to complete print orders as requested. Customers will receive a proof for review via the online ordering system. Please contact The Document Source at 985-549-5565 or via email at [email protected] for questions or concerns. prior to submitting the print order request.
If the printed product does not meet requirements:
Make a request for a reproduction or refund claim to The Document Source within three (3) business days after receiving the product by contacting The Document Source by email at [email protected]. It will then be determined if it is appropriate to provide a replacement or refund. The decision will be determined based on whether the printed product is defective in accordance with industry printing standards (it is possible that neither a replacement nor refund will be provided). There are many factors associated with the production of a printed product and determining factors will be discussed once a decision is made. The entire printed product will need to be returned to final determination or other action.
The Document Source reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of the claim.
