while maintaining the comfort of students, faculty, and staff.
Temperature inside buildings at Southeastern is controlled by the Physical Plant and

Fire alarms on campus are maintained in-house. Dawson Kinchen maintains a Life Safety
and Property Protection License issued by the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
