This year’s theme, Leadership & Legacy, challenges you to think beyond your term, your title, and your tenure. What will you build that lasts?

Conference Tracks:

Aspiring Leaders Track

Who It’s For: Students new to campus life or exploring how to get involved.
Ideal Participants: First-year students, transfer students, graduate students, and anyone curious about student leadership or joining an organization at Southeastern.

What You’ll Gain:

Emerging Leaders Track

Who It’s For: Students with some involvement experience, ready to deepen their impact.
Ideal Participants: Current student leaders with less than 2 years of experience, including members of student organizations, departmental groups, or Greek Life. Also ideal for upperclassmen, transfers, commuters, or grad students looking to grow.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Tools for building effective teams
  • Skills in communication, collaboration, and campus impact
  • Strategies to move from member to changemaker

Established Leaders Track

Who It’s For: Experienced student leaders ready to lead at a higher level.
Ideal Participants: Those with 2+ years of leadership experience in student orgs, Greek Life, or university programming. Includes upperclassmen, grad students, and returning leaders in top roles.
