About Records and Registration

 

Welcome to the Office of Records and Registration. The office is responsible for Southeastern's academic transcripts, enrollment and degree verifications, student registration, the University General Catalogue, official class rosters and other academic services. The Records and Registration staff are dedicated to providing efficient, friendly service and are committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record while adhering to university policy as well as state and federal regulations to insure student rights and privacy. We welcome your questions, comments or suggestions.

 

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Office of Records and Registration is to maintain the integrity of student records, assist students with the process of registration, and assist students with the process of graduation in cooperation with academic departments.  The Office of Records and Registration strives to promote the University's strong sense of caring, pride, and excellence in academics while serving Southeastern Louisiana University and the community with a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The Office of Records and Registration promotes a strong understanding and appreciation for personal and professional growth of its staff through a variety of training sessions, meetings, and office functions.  The staff is fully trained and is available to assist administrative and academic personnel, guests, and students with Southeastern Louisiana University records, registration, and graduation policies and procedures.
