When you need a break from the books this semester, take on a new challenge: GroupX fitness classes at the Pennington Student Activity Center. De-stress during classes like yoga, cycling, zumba and tai chi taught by certified group fitness instructors. The best part? It's already paid for in your semester fees.
Southeastern has opened an on-campus food pantry to help meet the nutritional needs of its students. Located in room 226 of Mims Hall, the food pantry is operated by alumni and community volunteers and is open Thursdays from 2 to 5 p.m. during the summer semester. The pantry was established through funds from the "Phil the Pig" student philanthropy project, the Southeastern Foundation and the Office of Multicultural and International Student Affairs.
