Video Presentations

Joe F. Sanderson Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of publicly
traded Sanderson Farms, Inc. (listed on NASDAQ under the symbol SAFM), delivered the
James and Evelyn Livingston Business Ethics Lecture in the spring.  Sanderson Farms
is currently the third largest poultry producer in the United States and was one of
the nation’s leading food corporations in fiscal 2014. Before his ethics presentation,
Mr. Sanderson and two other Sanderson Farms executives spent 75 minutes talking to
Executive MBA and MBA students.  Below is the presentation for those EMBA students
who could not attend.  (We apologize for the quality, Dr. Cresson recorded the video
and should not quit his day job.)

Panel:

Mr. Joe Sanderson Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sanderson
Farms.

Mr. Lampkin Butts, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sanderson Farms.

Mr. D. Michael Cockrell, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Sanderson Farms.

The presentation, though very general, reinforces some of the concepts discussed in
detail in the EMBA program. For example, leverage, correlation, IRR, ROE, ROIC, cost
of capital, asset efficiency, volatility, and liquidity are all discussed in detail
in the finance courses.  With respect to risk management, Sanderson Farms has a lower
risk tolerance on the financial side but a higher risk tolerance on the product side.

The following presentation was made in a Finance course by an EMBA student working
in the healthcare industry.  The student had only one undergraduate Finance course
before joining our program.
